Acrobatics 


Strength and flexibility are the key elements to properly executing acrobatic movements, so a thorough warm up and methodical

repetition of rolls, stands and jumps are part of every Acrobatics class.  We never push the students too far, but encourage them to

develop the dedication and work ethic needed to excel.   This method emphasizes the fun, the joy of accomplishment, and the

realization that perseverance begets success!
